Hypertension Causes

•  Smoking

•  Being overweight or obese

•  Lack of physical activity

•  Too much salt in the diet

•  Stress

•  Older age

•  Genetics

•  Family history of high blood pressure

•  Chronic kidney disease

•  Adrenal and thyroid disorders

•  Sleep apnea
